Methods to prevent acute myocardial infarction include:

  1. Eat a healthy diet: Avoid diets high in cholesterol, saturated fat, and salt, and increase your intake of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats (such as fish oil).
  2. Exercise: Carry out moderate aerobic exercise, such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming, etc., to enhance heart function and improve blood circulation.
  3. Control your weight: Maintaining a healthy weight can help reduce your risk of heart disease.
  4. Quit smoking: Try to avoid smoking or second-hand smoke exposure, as the chemicals in tobacco are harmful to heart health.
  5. Control blood pressure and blood sugar: Check blood pressure and blood sugar levels regularly, and actively treat any abnormalities.
  6. Reduce stress: Learn effective stress management techniques, such as meditation, relaxation training, etc.
  7. Regular physical examination: Conduct regular heart health examinations, including measuring blood lipids, blood pressure, heart function and other indicators.

The above measures can help reduce the risk of acute myocardial infarction, but if you have any symptoms or family history of heart disease, you should seek medical treatment promptly and follow the doctor’s advice.
